The actress, who is known for showing off her curvy body, appeared on the red carpet in a blue sleeveless gown with her breasts almost popping out of the dress.
She explained to Peacefmonline.com that her dress was inspired by Hollywood actress Keke Palmer who wore a similar dress to the 2014 Emmy Awards but her designer couldn’t get the top part of the dress right.
“It was a wall drop malfunction. The seamstress didn’t get it right. The dress wasn’t supposed to be like that at all. She was supposed to put something at the top part to hold my b00bs but she didn’t put it there. So when I sit down then the part that is supposed to hold my b00bs will rather be folding and my b00bs almost got out,” she explained.
She said she didn’t notice any problem with the dress when she wore it at home and took some pictures because the dress was looking great on her in the photos she took. According to her, she only saw the flaw in the dress when she was in the car on her way to the event, by which time it was too late to change the dress.
“There was a problem with the whole dress and I noticed it at the last minute so I just had to walk like that; but it wasn’t supposed to be like that. I thought I would be able to pull it up when it folded but the down part of the dress was very heavy so I had to hold it when walking. I had my purse, my phone and I was in high heels so the dress gave me a lot of troubles.”
Moesha said she had no choice than to go on stage with the dress because she had agreed to present an award on the night, adding that since she was present at the venue, organisers insisted that she went on stage.
“The dress was really an epic failure and I was so angry and didn’t even want to go on stage to present the awards because of the dress but the organisers insisted that I was already there so I have to go on stage.”
Moesha went on stage with actor Harold Amenyah to present an award to rapper E.L.
